  Key responsibilities:

•         Perform on-going control over Broker, Dealer and Custody activities and ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements
•         Perform Quarterly audits and spot checks of Broker, Dealer and Custody activities
•         Establish robust control environment and ensure compliance of the Bank and its employees with the regulatory requirements on the protection of the rights interests of investors in the securities market
•         Ensure the correctness and timely of regulatory reporting and mandatory reporting to exchanges
•         Ensure the correctness of disclosed information
•         Ensure compliance of advertising materials with regulatory requirements
•         Ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements with regulation on Conflict of interest prevention
•         Participate in development and review of internal documents, procedures and rules related to activity with securities
•         Perform investigation of client complaints and develop measures to prevent client complaints
•         Monitor and inform employees of the Bank on regulatory changes on the securities market
•         Control over the violations of the regulation and develop measures to prevent similar violations in the future
•         Participate in development and review of agreements on the securities market
•         Interact with local regulators (FSFM, CBR) and self-regulatory organizations. Participate in working groups arranged by self-regulated organizations, exchanges and others in order to receive up-to-date information on securities market developments, changes in regulation etc.
•         Advisory
•         High economic or business education
•         FSFM certificate 1.0, 4.0
•         More than 2 years experience in Back-Office or Middle-Office or at Securities Controller Position in other local Bank
•         Good communication skills
•         Have established relationship with controllers across the market
•         Good English language skills
•         Knowledge of FSFM and CBR requirements related to securities
•         Knowledge of SWIFT Knowledge of derivatives (optional)
•         Russian language skills

Требования к кандидату на замещение вакансии в юридическом департаменте:

Образование - высшее юридическое.

Опыт работы - от 3-х -5 лет в компаниях - профессиональных участников на рынке ЦБ.

Английский язык:  уверенное владение устным и письменным языком, способность составлять документы юридического характера на английском языке.

Профессиональные навыки и опыт.

Общие:

- общее юридическое сопровождение деятельности инвестиционной компании и ее хозяйственной деятельности;
- разработка учредительных документов хозяйственных обществ, внесение изменений в них, регистрация изменений в налоговых органах РФ;
-разработка внутренних документов компании (положение о совете директоров, о генеральном директоре общества и т.д.), подготовка протоколов общего собрания участников (акционеров), заседания совета директоров общества;
- организации внутреннего документооборота, связанного с договорной работой компании.

Специальные:

- опыт сопровождения деятельности управляющей компании в рамках деятельности по управлению паевыми инвестиционными фондами, а также деятельности по управлению ценными бумагами, в т.ч. сопровождение лицензирования, переоформления бланков лицензий, раскрытия  информации;
- опыт подготовки и регистрация в ФСФР РФ ПДУ ПИФов (ЗПИФов), изменений и дополнений в них, сопровождения процедуры прекращения ПИФов;
- опыт юридического сопровождения доверительного управления пенсионными резервами, ;
