On 14 December 2009 NAUFOR Board of Directors decided to appoint Deputy Chairmen of Executive Board Alexey Artamonov, Olga Kudinova and Sergei Poma to the Executive Board.

NAUFOR Chairman Alexey Timofeev and Chief Accountant Tatiana Sedelnikova are also members of the Executive Board.

Executive Board is responsible for development of current and future plans of Association's activities, taking decisions on membership, the work of NAUFOR committees.
