Yedinstvo Investment Company, OJSC intends to join National Association of Securities Market Participants.

The firm has permanent licenses of a professional securities market participant for activities of broker, dealer and securities manager, as well as a depository license for three year term.

On 10 December 2009, NAUFOR Executive Board has reviewed the application of Yedinstvo Investment Company, OJSC to join NAUFOR and made a decision to publish this notice of candidacy on the NAUFOR website.

According to the Article 12 of the Federal Law “On Non-Profit Organizations” and Article 3.5 of NAUFOR Bylaws, Yedinstvo Investment Company, OJSC will be admitted as a member unless more than a half of members submit their objection within two weeks from the moment this notice is published.

Currently NAUFOR membership unites 379 firms, including 258 based in Moscow.
