Committees and Working GroupsNAUFOR permanent Committees are formed by NAUFOR Board of Directors from representatives of member-companies and other experts. Committees allow to form position on different issues of securities market development, draft laws and regulations, and to develop NAUFOR standards. NAUFOR has 10 standing Committees: Committee develops draft laws and regulations that govern financial market, drafts internal documents of the Association, and interacts with securities market participants.
Disciplinary Committee considers cases of disciplinary offenses of NAUFOR members, makes decisions on them and enforces means of disciplinary influence in accordance to the NAUFOR Disciplinary Code. Committee develops and considers suggestions aimed at improvement of corporate financing, including draft laws and regulations that govern securities issue and underwriting areas. Committee contributes to development and standardization of asset management activities on financial market. Committee participates in development of draft laws and regulations aimed at improving asset management activities and institutions of collective investment. Committee is involved in development and consideration of suggestions and draft regulations aimed at improvement of depository activities on securities market. Committee develops draft regulations that improve derivatives system, and develops suggestions on optimization of derivative contracts taxation. Committee develops and considers suggestions aimed at improvement of issue and circulation of debt instruments and optimization of taxation of debt trading. Committee is involved in development of laws and regulations that improve settlement of debt trading. Committee develops and considers suggestions aimed at improvement of risk management in professional market activities. Drafts regulations and laws of risk management system. Committee develops and considers draft legislation and regulation aimed at improvement of accounting and taxation connected with securities transactions. The Group was created in 1996 to develop standards of internal control of NAUFOR member-companies. |
