Alexey Timofeev

Chairman of Executive Board

Alexey joined NAUFOR in October 2005 from the Center for Capital Market Development where he was Legal Counsel since 1998 and was involved in development of corporate and securities legislation. Alexey also worked on plenty of securities market regulations. In 2005 at CCMD he spearheaded Central depositary project and united financial markets regulator project.

In 2000-2002 he was involved in the development of the Corporate Governance Code, in 2001-2004 Alexey was a member of the Expert Council of the Federal Securities Commission. In 2003-2004 he was a member of the Government's administrative reform expert group.

In 1994-1998 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and International Institute of Legal Based Economy he worked on draft laws "On joint-stock companies", "On limited liability companies", "On investment funds" and numerous regulations of the Federal Securities Commission.

Alexey was born in 1972 and is married with two children. He is a graduate of Ural State Legal Academy.

Alexey Artamonov

Deputy Chairman of Executive Board responsible for legal and regulatory initiatives of the Association and international cooperation.

Alexey joined NAUFOR in 2006 from the Federal Financial Markets Service where he worked since 2004 as a Counselor for international affairs.

He is a graduate of the Law School of the State University - Higher School of Economics.

Olga Kudinova

Deputy Chairman of Executive Board. She is responsible for overall planning and management for NAUFOR Public Relations Department and "The Vestnik of NAUFOR Journal".

In 1994 graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities.

n 1994-1999 was an editor of the Section of Stock Exchange Information, then an Issue Editor of the Agency of Financial Information. In 2000-2004 Olga was a special correspondent of the "Interfax-AFI" Agency. In 2004-2005 she served as a Director of the Public Relations and Interaction Department of the Federal Financial Markets Service – the state securities regulator.

Since 2006 - Deputy Chairman of NAUFOR Executive Board.

Sergei Poma

Deputy Chairman of Executive Board responsible for the Department of Control and Department of Interaction with Members.

Sergei graduated from the Black Sea Higher Naval College named after P.M. Nakhimov, and later the Saint-Petersburg State University. In 1997-2003 he worked as Director of Control Department of the Federal Commission for the Securities Markets. In 2002-2003 - Senior expert of the “Legist” legal firm, in 2004-2007 - CEO of the “Fond-Invest” asset management company, in 2007-2009 - Deputy editor of the “Rosfincom” information agency. From July 2009 - NAUFOR Director of Control Department.
